Talia was born and raised in Portland. A graduate of Grant High School, Talia worked for her dads’ remodeling business and gained skills in carpentry and had some exposure to electrical, plumbing and HVAC installations.
After going through a PCC class on trade skills she decided that she wanted to pursue a career as an electrician.
In July 2023, Talia was accepted into the IBEW Local 48 electrical apprenticeship program. Talia will be working as an apprentice on both residential and commercial projects under the training of our Journeymen electricians.
Talia has two kittens to watch over at home and enjoys going out to many of Portland’s great places to eat.
